结构性通货膨胀：是指由于一国经济结构发生变化而引起的通货膨胀。在整体经济中不同的部门有不同的劳动生产率增长率，但却有相同的货币工资增长率。因此，当劳动生产率增长率较高的部门货币工资增长时，就给劳动生产率增长率较低的部门形成了一种增加工资成本的压力，因为尽管这些部门劳动生产率的增长率较低，但各部门的货币工资增长率却是一致的，在成本加成的定价规则下，这一现象必然使整个经济产生一种由工资成本推进的通货膨胀。这一理论实际上仍是对前两种理论的修改与综合。
