Objective To generate an experimental canine model of heterogeneous emphysema,to perform unilateral bronchoscopic lung volume reduction(BLVR),and observe the postoperative changes of ventilation/ perfusion,compared with the preoperative level.

间质性肺水肿
病理学术语。肺毛细血管压增高或毛细血管通透性增加引起的血管内液体大量渗入肺间质的状况，多为慢性，是肺淤血的进一步发展，常无特殊症状。胸片除显示肺淤血表现外，Kerley B线较为常见，也可出现A线、C线及少量胸腔积液。经治疗间质性肺水肿可在短期内消退。
