即内耳，分为骨迷路和膜迷路。骨迷路是颅底颞骨内一系列的小管，中央部分膨大称前庭，后上方有三个相互垂直的骨半规管，前下方为螺旋形的管称耳蜗。膜迷路是"装在"骨迷路内的膜性管腔，内有感受器。前庭和半规管内的膜迷路司平衡感觉，耳蜗内的膜迷路司听觉。
