As for the edge group of migrant children workers in city,society,government and schools should pay much attention and give educational support to them.

The ideas of educational support to social vulnerable groups in the developed countries have gone through some developmental stages from religion charity to national welfare,from pursuing opportunity equity of enrollment to dedicating opportunity equity of school success,and from giving only attention to equity to emphasizing on equity,efficiency and freedom.

After investigating the educational support system at the county level in the educational bureaus of seven prefectures and cities and some counties of Shanxi Province, we ve found that problems, more or less, exist in the organization and management, personnel, finance, materials and other work.
