The numerical value analysis which is about the relationship between the particle operation condition,the geometry parameter of spiral cyclone separator and the collection efficiency is carried out by using the software.
借助FULENT软件,对颗粒相的操作条件及螺旋式旋风分离器的几何参数与其分离性能的关系,进行了模拟研究,结果显示颗粒的初始位置、入射速度、颗粒粒径大小及分离器的排气管直径d1、阿基米德螺旋线系数κ、分离区高度h1均对其分离性能产生较大影响,而排气管高度h影响较小。
