In the light of these theories, this paper makes a particular discussion about the basic process of the planning skill application, and a systematic discussion about the misuses of the planning skill and the basic requirements forthe training in the skill in question.

| 技能 skill 通过练习获得的能够完成一定任务的动作系统。技能按其熟练程度可分为初级技能和技巧性技能。初级技能只表示“会做”某件事，而未达到熟练的程度。初级技能如果经过有目的、有组织的反复练习，动作就会趋向自动化，而达到技巧性技能阶段。技能按其性质和表现特点，可区分为如书写、骑车等活动的动作技能和像演算、写作之类的智力技能两种。技能形成过程中，各种技能动作之间会相互影响。已形成的技能若促进新技能的形成，叫技能正迁移。如果已形成的技能阻碍了新技能的形成，叫技能干扰，或技能负迁移。 |
