This article suggests that for the fixed line application at shunting yard the repetitive assignment of rolling stocks should be decided according to the flow capacity and intensity, the method to solve the problem of fixed line application to decrease the train number to be assigned repetitively.

In this paper,we generalize the statistically self-similar set K(ω) proposed by Yu Jinghu and Hu Dihe,construct two martingles by making use of the idea from Arbeiter and Patzschke,and obtain the Hausdorff dimensional expression of the multifractal decomposition sets Kα(ω) of K(ω) for the random measure νq,ω which is supported by K(ω) under the strong open set condition.
