If not treated promptly, a scaphoid fracture may be compounded by non-union、avascular necrosis and osteoarthritis.
目的:腕舟骨骨折在腕骨骨折中最为常见,占全身骨折的2%[4],由于舟骨解剖及血供的特殊性,早期处理不当,极易发生骨折不愈合、缺血性坏死[7]、创伤性关节炎。

In addition, the scaphoid has a peculiar and limited retrograde blood supply that is vulnerable to disruption by trauma; consequently, scaphoid fractures are prone to a high rate of delayed union and non-union if misdiagnosis or not treated properly, even leads to degenerative arthritis or instability of carpal joints,such as DISI and VISI.
