By means of content analysis and literature review,the author has studied and analyzed the articles on social sports in five representative Chinese core periodicals sports and two international periodicals of social sports issued in recent ten years for the purpose of revealing and understanding the hot issues in social sports studies at home and abroad.
采用内容分析法与传统文献分析法,对国内较有代表性的5种体育类核心期刊刊登的体育社会学文章以及两种国际体育社会学期刊近10年来发表的文章进行研究。

1960年在罗马成立，现有会员41个。该组织根据联合国教科文组织有关部门的方针，协调国际体育情报工作，开展文献情报理论与实践方面的研究，组织会员之间的经验交流和出版刊物的交换，举办讲习班和报告会。该组织的现任主席是A.M.奥尔森教授（挪威）；秘书长是R.蒂默尔（荷兰）。中国体育情报中心是国际体育情报联合会会员。
