| 家长奴隶制 patriarchal slaveowning system 从原始社会过渡到阶级社会的一种奴隶制的萌芽形式。又称父权奴隶制。产生于原始社会后期父系家族公社（见家庭公社）成为基本的社会结构的时期。家长奴隶制的特征是，奴隶人数不多，在社会生产中只具有次要或辅助作用。奴隶劳动在于满足父权家庭的直接需要。男奴隶主要看管家畜或从事家耕，女奴隶主要从事家务劳动。奴隶被看作家庭成员，往往随主人姓，并且可以赎回自己的人身。奴隶来源于战俘、赠送和买卖，基本上都是外族人。奴隶主的人数也很少，一般是部落、公社首领及少数富裕户。奴隶主家长一般也未完全脱离生产劳动专靠剥削奴隶的剩余劳动过活。对奴隶的剥削相对说来比较隐蔽、缓和。 家长奴隶制具有阶级剥削和原始平等因素的二重性。家长奴隶制曾广泛存在于世界各地。 |
