龟板(Plastrum testudinis)养阴药。出《日华子请家本草入见《安.滚药方))o又名龟甲、败龟甲。为龟科动物乌龟以i”e，声卿龄t’i《Gray)的腹甲。镶洗。生用或妙透乘热峨米咐酥用。主产湖北、安徽、湘南、江苏、浙江等地。甘、咸，徽寒。入肝奋肾经。功能滋阴潜阳，补肾健骨。主治:①阴盛发热.劳伤咳嗽，盗汗，热病伤阴，与黄柏、知母、熟地黄等配伍，如大补阴丸(《丹澳心法》)。②县肢酸软无力，骨软症，与党参、骨碎补等配伍，或与熟地黄、牛膝、虎骨、白芍药、当归配伍。牛、马15~60克.猪、羊9~15克。为末或煎汤胜服;或研末外傲。孕畜或胃寒湿者忌用。本品含骨胶原、角质、脂肪、钙、碑等，为滋养强壮药，有补血和镇静作用。《刘大义)
