慢性高原病的一个临床类型,一般收缩压≤11.33kPa(85mmHg),舒张压≤6.7kPa(50mmHg),即可诊断,在我国较少见。临床症状有头痛、头昏、眩晕、失眠、疲倦等神经衰弱综合征。发病原因与长期低氧环境所致组胺含量增多以及肾上腺皮质功能减退有关。多数不需要特殊治疗,对症状明显者可酌情处理。
