Based on a mass of data,the describing in detail for calculation on operation speed based on expression method being given in"Guidelines for Safety Audit of Highway",and the confirmation for principles on highway sections dividing with some relative formulas,is hoped to be helpful for designers in comprehending the concept of the operation speed.
