The realistic and effective methods dealing with the processing of graph problems in test-questions, the displaying and printing of the memo-field of data-base and the realinzing of auto-composing a test paper are also presented.

Beginning with reviewing the editions of bibliographies and the evloution of catalogs,the author analyses the descriptive methods and standards of note field 305 and describes how to distinguish and select other note fields to record the editions of bibliographies and the history of catalogs in some special cases.
