Under different ventilation conditions with different gas appliances,the contents of CO,CO2 and NO2 in kitchen air are detected,the air pollution in kitchen is evaluated,and the influence of different gas appliances and ventilation conditions and other factors on kitchen air quality is analyzed.

To reduce soybean moisture content loss and delay the quality change,based on different soybean temperature in summer,different ventilation conditions and modes were be chosen to reduce soybean temperature and regulate the moisture content.

Then Monte Carlo Simulation methods applied in products investment decision under risk circumstance are studied,which include analyzing simulation object, building model,analyzing inputs and outputs.
