中国基督教（新教）所办神学院。院址在江苏南京。因南京古称金陵得名。1952年由中国基督教三自爱国运动委员会创办，由当时华东区12所新教神学院和圣经学校联合组成。其后华北13所神学院又合并成为燕京协和神学院。1961年燕京协和神学院复并入金陵协和神学院。该院宗旨为：根据中国基督教"自治、自养、自传"的原则，培养爱国爱教，忠于基督教信仰，拥护社会主义，在学术上有较高造诣的教牧人员、神学教育师资、神学和宗教研究人员以及从事基督教文学、音乐、艺术等方面研究的专门人才,为中国基督教服务。设有专科（2年制）、大学本科（4年制）和研究科。向全国教会招生。课程设置包括圣经研究、教会史、神学研究和教牧神学以及其他辅助学科。对历史上各宗派的特点，采取互相尊重，取长补短的积极态度；并吸取中国文化历史遗产，探索建立具有中国特色的中国基督教神学的道路。设有函授课，编印函授教材，供全国教牧人员和义工订阅自学。出版有《金陵协和神学志》。
