| 肥大性骨关节病 hypertrophic ossteoarthropathy 表现为四肢长骨骨膜增厚、杵状指（趾）、骨关节病的临床综合征。又称肺性骨关节病，多继发于肺癌、肺脓肿 、肺气肿、支气管扩张、慢性间质性肺炎、间质瘤等疾病。杵状指（趾）的指端膨大，指甲高度弯曲并隆起，伴有多关节炎症状，易与风湿性关节炎混淆。根据杵状指（趾）、肺部疾病及 X 射线片见到的骨膜炎征象可区别。除治疗胸肺疾病以外尚无有效疗法。 |
