练习(practice)学习者有意识地为了改善动作或活动方式，通过多次重复和自觉的控制、调节，逐步形成完善的技能的过程。由此定义可知，练习包括三要素:(l)改善动作或活动方式并使其达到熟练的目的。(2)多次重复。(3)自觉的控制、调节。练习一般可分为三类:(l)动作技能的练习，如打字、体操、劳动等操作技能的练习。(2)智力技能的练习，如阅读、写作、计算技能的练习。(3)行为习惯的练习，如卫生习惯的练习。为了提高练习的效果，应注意如下几点:(l)明确练习的目的与要求。要形成完善的技能，不能依靠盲目的、被动的、机械的重复练习，在练习过程中必须明确并不断提高改善动作或活动方式的目的和要求。(2)讲求练习的方法。练习开始时，需要依靠教师的讲解与示范形成正确的、清晰的动作映象并掌握初步的练习方法。在练习过程中，随着练习目的与要求的不断提高，也要逐步改进练习方法。结合运用某些练习方法，如模仿练习与独立练习相结合、整体练习与分解练习相结合、模拟练习与实际练习相结合，都有助于提高练习的效果。(3)合理分配练习时间。在这方面，应考虑到学习者的年龄特征与身体状况、练习内容的难易程度、学习者对技能的掌握水平等因素。一般说来，分布练习较集中练习为优。(4)及时了解练习的结果。每次练习之后，应使学习者及时了解其动作的正确与错误、错误的性质与数量、错误的原因与矫正方法。 (成立夫撰}巫I国审)
