[城市工业区]城市用地中，按照城市规划、工业生产和环境保护的要求，集中布置工业企业的区域。是城市功能分区的重要组成部分。合理安排工业区和其他功能区的相互位置，是城市规划的重要任务。工业区的组成部分主要包括工业企业，辅助和维修企业，仓库、电力、热力和燃气等动力设施，给水、排水等工程设施，道路或铁路专用线、车站、码口、港口等交通设施，建筑施工基地，厂区公共服务设施，科学研究机构，绿化和卫生防护地带，预留发展用地等。在国内，城市工业区根据工业企业之间协作形式的差异划分为四类:1.大型联合企业及其附属企业组成的工业区。其特点是职工多，污物排量大，要设立独立工业区，缩短运输距离，减少半成品的预加工设施，充分利用能源，便于生产管理。2.因产品的配套需要而组成的工业区。这种工业区大多是由机械行业的企业组成。3.便于综合利用原料、副产品和“三废”而组成的工业区。它常以一个主体企业为中心，同一些对主体企业的原料、副产品、“三废”进行综合利用的工业企业一起组成。4.共同利用厂外公用设施的工业区。这类工业区的工业企业性质各异，规模不等，但都要使用工业区的交通、动力供应、供水等的公共服务设施。城市工业区内部结构较协调，生产联系密切，其规模取决于企业群的生产结构、城市自然规模以及工业的性质和数量、工业在城市中的布局形式、建设条件和自然条件等情况。规模过小，既不利于生产协作，又不利于组织和使用厂外公共工程设施。规模过大，会造成市政公用设施负担过重，环境污染严重、城市交通紧张，于生产和生活都不利。所以应根据以下规划原则，择定工业区的合理规模。1.工业区占地广，职工多，对城市布局结构和城市发展用地方向有重要影响，所以要慎重周到地规划。2.工业区在城市中一般布置在城市的下风、下游地带，以减轻对城市的污染。3.工业区同公路、铁路和水运等交通运输设施应有便捷的联系，同居住区也要有方便的交通条件。4.工业区应留有发展余地。
