CB_HRP was injected into one_sided kidney,the results show: the labelled cells of sympathetic postganglionic neurons were found in T_6 to L_3 segments of sympathetic trunk ganglia in the same side of the operation.

Methods:We chronologically observed the pathological changes of sciatic nerve and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons in rats exposed to MMC(4 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) on consecutive days;rats were sacrificed on day 11,15,18 and 21.
方法 :在 WKAH大鼠服用氯化甲基汞 4mg/ d所致的亚急性汞中毒模型上 ,采用组织病理、免疫组化、蛋白印迹等方法动态观察坐骨神经和后根神经节的病理演变 ,TU NEL 染色观察细胞凋亡。

又称“自主神经的脑骶部”，其低级中枢是动眼神经副交感核、脑干泌涎核、延髓迷走神经脊核及骶髓2～4节灰质中间外侧部等。它们发出的轴突组成副交感神经，为周围部。副交感神经系统是在大脑皮质和皮质下自主神经中枢的控制下，与交感神经系统共同调节内脏器官的活动。
