| 结膜炎 conjunctivitis 因感染、过敏、外伤引起的眼结膜充血，渗出、乳头肥大和滤泡形成等改变。其原因可分为：①外源性。由于结膜外露，易受外界各种微生物、风尘、理化毒物等的刺激而产生炎症。②内源性。致病菌通过血行或淋巴使结膜感染，或对全身他处感染物发生过敏反应。炎症也可由邻近组织直接蔓延而来。结膜炎根据其病因分为细菌性、病毒性、衣原体性、霉菌性、变态反应性等。其共同的临床表现为突发结膜充血，烧灼感、痒、分泌物多，一般视力不受影响，检查发现眼睑红肿，睑结膜充血、乳头滤泡增生，球结膜周边性充血，有时水肿及结膜下出血，结膜囊内有分泌物，要确定病源需作分泌物涂片进行细菌和细胞学检查。治疗应针对病因局部用药。 |
