funiculus spermaticus
一对柔软圆索状结构，由腹股沟管腹环延至睾丸上端。主要成分是输精管、睾丸动脉和蔓状静脉丛，此外还有输精管动静脉、神经丛、淋巴管、腹膜鞘突的残余等。精索表面还有三层被膜，即精索内筋膜、提睾肌和精索外筋膜。
