Method:31 cases of patients suffered from internal hemorrhoids were analyzed and divided into two groups,15 cases of treatment group by the rubber band ligation and 16 cases of control group by the string ligation.

内痔
internal hemorrhoid
直肠下端及肛管有丰富的静脉丛，其一处或数处发生明显扩张，形成突出的曲张静脉团，即为痔。来自痔上静脉丛者为内痔，位于齿线以上，有黏膜覆盖，以右前、右后和左侧为最常见，与痔上静脉末梢分布有关。这三处的内痔称为原发性内痔。其临床表现为便血、痔块脱垂、疼痛和肛周皮肤瘙痒等。必须与直肠癌、直肠息肉和肛管直肠黏膜脱垂等鉴别。
