To reasonably control the estuary ecosystem structure,protect the water quality and realize the sustainable utilization of sea resources,we discussed the lowest amount of sea outflow from Tianjin city to the Bo Sea,and calculated a fresh water demand between April and June for the purpose of protecting coastal biodiversity and restoring the sea area ecosystem.
基于海河河口盐度与径流关系、盐度与生物生长的相关分析,建立了入海径流与盐度的线性回归方程,计算了天津市最低入海水量需求,并从保护近海生物多样性及生态系统完整性角度分析了淡水入海最佳月份,计算了最低入海生态需水量。

haishui ruain海水入浸 (se融r refl岫ion) 海水入浸淡水含水层的现象。在海滨地区，当含水层与海水有直接水力联系时，若地下水位高于海水位，地下水则排泄入海，一般不会发生海水防潮堤(《人民中国》)向内陆含水层人侵。但若超量开采地下水，破坏了海水与淡水的补给关系，海水就会向内陆含水层入侵；或者河流地表淡水水位低于海潮水位时，形成海水倒灌。 20世纪70年代以来，海水倒灌有发展趋势，已先后在50多个国家出现。中国环渤海经济区的山东半岛、冀东以及长江三角洲、珠江三角洲等地区已发生海水人浸，尤以山东半岛最为严重。防治海水入侵的主要措施：①拦蓄滨海河道剩余水回灌地下水；②抬高地下水位；③严格控制地下水开采量；④修建防潮堤、防潮闸，防止海水沿地面、河道人浸；⑤滩涂开发要统一规划、合理利用，防止人为造成海水入浸。 (杨美英)
