Objective To evaluate the effect of Suchanxuanmaiganjie decoction and dissuss the reaction mechanism of it by the study of Suchanxuanmaiganjie Decoction therapy for the Pharyngolarryngeal syndrome of the chronic primary glomerulonephritis .
目的 通过对苏蝉玄麦甘桔汤治疗慢性原发性肾小球疾病咽喉证的临床观察,探讨苏蝉玄麦甘桔汤治疗慢性原发性肾小球疾病患者的疗效及作用机理,为中医药预防治疗慢性原发性肾小球疾病提供新的治疗方法,为进一步了开发药物提供科学理论、理论依据。

Acute Pharyngitis is one kind of acute phlegmasia happened in pharynx mucosa, tissue beneath mucosa and lymphatic tissue ,which is one part of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URI) and usually is a deuteropathy of Acute Rhinitis and Acute Tonsillitis , which is similiar to Sore Throat Due To Wind And Heat in traditional Chinese medicine.
选择2004年4月～6月在黑龙江中医药大学附属一院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的急性咽炎(属喉痹之风热证者)患者84例,随机分为试验组(63例)和对照组(21例)。
