补充资料：建设单位报送建筑设计方案应注意哪些事项
建设单位向城市规划行政主管部门报送建筑设计方案应当注意下列事项：
1、建设单位接到建设工程规划设计要求通知单后六个月内应当向城市规划主管部门报送设计方案。
2、报送的设计方案图纸应当符合规范化要求，图纸需要有设计单位的图签、设计单位资格证书编号、设计人签名。
3、报送的图纸、文件，城市规划行政主管部门经审查认为不全、不符合要求时，建设单位应根据城市的有关图纸、文件。
4、对于重要地段、重要建筑工程和规模较大的建筑工程设计的方案、应由城市规划行政主管部门组织会审，建设单位不要自行组织方案会审。会审费用可以由建设单位支付。
5、建筑设计方案经审核需要做较大修改，建设单位应在城市规划行政主管部门要求的时间内再次报送设计方案。
6、报送的设计地方案是模型时，建筑透视，图可以省去，但报送设计方案所要求的图纸、文件不能省去。
7、建设单位接到城市规划行政主管部门的设计方案审定通知单，再进行施工图设计图工作，以免造成不必要的返工浪费。
