血滞经闭 血滞经闭 病证名。经闭证型之一。出《妇人大全良方》卷一。多由忧郁、愤怒，使肝气郁结，疏泄失常，血行不畅；或因经期涉水感寒，寒搏于血，血行涩滞，胞脉受阻，经水不得下行。症见经闭不行，面色紫黯，下腹疼痛拒按，或痛引胸胁。治宜开郁行滞，活血通经。方用通瘀煎加桃仁、丹参、泽兰、牛膝等；因于寒者，多兼形寒肢冷，少腹凉痛，喜热喜按，治宜温经祛寒，活血行瘀，方用琥珀散。
