The Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) offers manufactured products exported by developing countries tariff reductions or duty-free access to the developed countries.
随着我国的经济快速发展和出口迅猛增长,越来越多的出口产品面临着普惠制中毕业问题的困扰;随着竞争力的提高,这些产品将被取消普惠制待遇。

普惠制简称gsp。目前，有新西兰、加拿大、日本等国家给予我国以普惠制待遇。对这些国家的出口货物，须提供普惠制单据，作为进口国海关减免关税的依据。
目前使用的普惠制单据（genernalized system of preferences documents）有：
1.表格a产地证（gsp certificate of origin form a）
2.纺织品产地证（certificate of origin of textile products）
3.纺织品出口许可证（export licence of textile products）
4.手工制防制品产地证（cetificate in regard to handlooms）
5.纺织品装船证明（shipment cetificate of textile products）
