| 反胃 regurgitation 食管或胃内容物反流到口腔的现象。反胃不同于呕吐，常无迷走神经兴奋现象，如流涎、出汗、脉缓等。反胃主要是由于食管括约肌功能障碍时伴有胃及食管的逆蠕动，使胃内容物反流到口腔。多为功能性，但也可能伴有器质性病变，如幽门梗阻、贲门失弛缓症、食管癌等。反胃的同时常伴有烧心、嗳气等症状。反胃时并不费力，不伴有恶心的前驱症状，常发生在饭后，反流物为酸性。诊断主要依靠病史和体检，X线钡剂造影和内镜检查可帮助确定病变性质。 |
