This paper presents an assistant manager-system base on B/S structure for laboratory teaching to solve the practical problems in teaching,such as homework submission of students,comment feedback of teachers,examination online,catechism through telnet,booking experiment,and so on,by a web station.

This paper introduces the components of auxiliary cooling water system of power plant,compares open cooling water system with closed cooling water system,and draws the conclusion that closed cooling water system is suitable for Chinese situation.
