Introduces the structure and working principle of hydro-viscous braking device,the method of calculating braking torque and hydraulic system,combined with lubricating oil flow on the impact of braking torque,detailed analyse the working process of hydro-viscous braking device,design the diagram of the electrical control procedures.

The basic theory, the structure, the run mode, and the application range and effect of several flowmeters, such as the spinner flowmeter, the target flowmeter, and the electromagnetic flowmeter, are mainly presented in this paper, where the radioactive cross-correlation flowmeter and the neutron activated oxygen tool are also described.
