In this paper the mode and arithmetic of beeline speedup and speed-down integrated with the smooth control which has "look ahead" function, are used to control the speed between and in the segments.
加减速控制是数控系统开发的关键技术之一,而速度平滑是数控加工理论的重要组成部分,文章采用直线加减速方式及算法,配以具有“前瞻”功能的平滑控制,对段间以及段内速度进行控制,从而使得在整个加工过程中速度变化平缓,连续,有效地减少了对机床的冲击,提高了加工速度和精度,提高了零件的加工质量。
