Objective: To compare aberrations of patients in whom different material and designed intraocular lenses (IOLs) were implanted in order to improve optical designs of IOLs with better retinal image quality.
目的:利用波阵面像差仪检测探讨白内障患者行超声乳化并植入不同设计、不同材料的折叠式人工晶状体术后波阵面像差的变化,讨论其相关性,对人工晶状体的材料选择具有指导意义,最大限度消除术后像差的存在,使患者获得最佳视网膜成像质量。

Objective: To compare the high order aberrations of cataract eyeswith different intraocular lenses (IOL) implantation and to improve opticaldesigns of IOLs with better retinal image quality.
