Aiming at the problems of poor adhesion and poor brightness of copper plating deposits on minor diameter steel tube existing after deposition rate was increased,improvements were made of high speed copper plating equipment,and jet agitation was used by a ring nozzle,and thereby a new process flow scheme of high speed copper plating was proposed.
