The structure will come into elastic-plastic state under the intense earthquake and the response in the earthquake is correlated with the structural over-strength and structural ductility which can be reflected by the structural influencing coefficient R which has been obtained by the Pushover analysis of the three eccentrically K-braced steel frames.
