After discussing deeply traditional compensation incentive system, the paper studies systematically the application of EVA to compensation incentive system, including the calculation of bonus amount, bonus bank and leveraged stock option in combination with EVA bonus.

The government is supposed to avoid the direct interference in monetary funds,build up a modest space of development for it,learn from the advanced funds investment strategy and experiences of management abroad from its own national situation and foster a passel of bank funds management corporations perfect in credit assets in order to lead a faster and healthier development .
