制法:牛肉洗净,切成小方块,入沸水锅中焯一下捞出并放入清水中漂清;炒锅中放入植物油烧热,下牛肉、葱段、姜块煸透,倒入沙锅内,加清水、料酒,盖严锅盖,煮沸后用文火炖至牛肉酥烂时,加入味精、盐、胡椒粉即可。盛入汤碗时,再撒放青蒜丝即成。
功效:强健脾胃,补益气血,强筋健骨。
用法:佐餐用或服食。
应用:适用于虚损羸瘦,腰膝酸软者。
