This paper proposed a model of efficiency optimization control of frequency converter driving pumping stations with reciprocating plunger pumps and presented the sufficient conditions of zero value of objective function, which provided the theoretical foundations of simplifying the solution process, improving the solution speed and designing the pumping stations properly.
建立了油田用变频驱动往复式柱塞泵站效率优化控制问题的数学模型 ;给出并证明了目标函数最优值为零的充分条件 ,为简化优化模型求解过程 ,提高求解速度以及合理设计注水泵站提供了理论依据 ;提出以Hamming距离表示水泵的切换次数和最小切换次数控制策略 ,在目标函数满足精度限制的条件下 ,按照Hamming距离最小的原则去选择最优结果 ,满足工程实际需要。
