表里俱寒证
表里俱寒证 证名。表寒、里寒症状同时存在。《医学心悟·伤寒主治四字论》：“何谓表里皆寒？凡伤寒表受寒邪，兼直中于里，此为两感寒证，仲景用麻黄附子细辛汤是也。”多由外感寒邪，内伤生冷，或里有虚寒，又感风寒所致。证见恶寒无汗，头痛身痛，腹痛泄泻，四肢厥冷，小便清长等。治宜解表温里，方用麻黄附子细辛汤、小青龙汤等。详见表寒证、里寒证条。
