膀胱腺癌
adenoma of bladder

又称“胶样癌”、“黏液腺癌”或“印戒细胞癌”,属少见的膀胱肿癌。好发于膀胱顶部,起源于脐尿管残余;其次好发部位为膀胱基底部,起源于三角下腺;可能在胚胎期泄殖腔分隔为泌尿生殖窦及直肠时,肠黏膜包涵物残留于膀胱侧,形成异位腺体;也可能慢性刺激引起移行上皮的腺性上皮化生,引起腺性膀胱炎或囊性膀胱炎,继而发生腺癌。
