For the analysis of large-diameter deep-hole screw thread,especially the cutting of single or multiple square tooth screw thread,we have designed a suit of grouped arbor for avoiding causing the median diameter of large-diameter deep-hole screw thread to the angle of taper.
对大直径深孔螺纹,特别是车单头或多头方牙螺纹的加工进行了分析,为了避免造成大直径深孔螺纹的中径成为锥度,设计了一套组合刀杆。

由两个以上的工作部分组合在一个刀体上，能同时或依次加工两个以上表面或完成一个表面多道加工工序的刀具。根据零件的工艺要求，组合刀具分为：①同类工艺组合刀具,由同类型的刀具组合在一起,如组合铣刀、组合镗刀和组合铰刀等。②非同类工艺组合刀具，由不同类型的刀具组合在一起，如钻头与扩孔钻组合，钻头、扩孔钻与锪钻（见钻头）组合，钻头、扩孔钻与铰刀组合等（见图）。组合刀具可以制成整体的，也可以制成装配式的。组合刀具的优点是生产率高，并较易保证工件各加工表面之间的相对位置精度如孔的同轴度、孔与端面垂直度等，但制造成本较高，适用于成批和大量生产。
