| 羊八井地热电站 中国最大的地热能发电站。位于西藏自治区当雄县境内羊八井的地热发电站。羊八井海拔4300米 ，其地热田地下深200米 ，地热蒸汽温度高达172℃。电站自1977年第一台机组投入运行 ，到1986年装机容量达1.3万千瓦。由5眼地热井供水，单井产量为75～160立方米／小时，水温为145～170℃。每年二 、三季度水量丰富时靠水力发电，一、四季度靠水热发电，能源互补。
