当归味甘、辛,性温。归心、肝、脾经。功效补血调经,活血止痛,润肠通便。主要用于血虚证,心悸乏力,面色苍白,妇女月经不调、痛经、闭经、崩漏,跌打损伤,痈肿疼痛,产后腹痛,风湿痹痛,血虚肠燥便秘等。现代药理实验证明,当归具有扩张冠状动脉,降低血压,降低血脂,镇静,镇痛等作用。 |
