The paper puts forward a method of frequency statistics to solve the problem.

Through classification statistic of the investigation data of landslides in the Three-gorges Reservoir,the author obtained the distribution functions of shear strength parameters of sliding zone,and calculated the correlation of natural strength parameters and saturation strength parameters.
