The results show that the spheroidization effect is better and better with the increasing of drawing deformation magnitude,the uniformity and roundness of spherical carbide are improved obviously;the annealing effect is not obvious after larger .
结果显示:随着拉拔量的增加,其球化效果越来越好,球粒状碳化物的均匀性和圆整度有了明显改善;较大拉拔塑性变形后钢丝进行球化退火,其退火效果变化不明显,球状碳化物的均匀性和圆整度已经稳定。
