As a response to this need,the ultrasonic transducer composed of probe,polyetheretherketone(PEEK)buffer rod and the cooling set was designed,and it is applied for the on-line ultrasonic monitoring polymer blending state during the extrusion process.

Finally,two improved dynamic allocation strategies are put forward through further analysis and discussion on the basis of DLA,which are respectively the dual-buffer-lane-based strategy and the dual-threshold lane-reservation partially-shared-resource-based strategy.
