The mould is designed to take advantage of hot runner with the needle-valve type of pin-point gate, having no runner scraps.
该模具采用热流道针阀式点浇口进料 ,无流道废料 ;通过链条传动使螺纹型芯转动 ,同时利用端面止转 ,实现自动脱螺纹 ;在动、定模型腔及螺纹型芯上分别设置三套冷却系统 ,使模具充分冷却。
