For studying on sustainable development of rural tourism, this article analyses the conception, composition, character and the function of countryside capital in rural tourism, and raises the countermeasures of rational use and conservation of countryside capital.

Methods:Midwives engaged in midwifery for the last ten years at the hospital were surveyed with questionnaires to study the kinds, occurring ways and their self-protection awareness of their occupational exposure.
