性质: 宏观范围内分离开来的相对静止的正电荷和负电荷。静电技术可用于除尘、喷漆、植绒、复印、分选等生产过程。在工艺过程中和人的行动中,可能产生和积累有害的静电。高分子材料容易产生和积累危险的静电。固体物料的大面积摩擦、高强度的接触-分离、强力挤出、粉碎和研磨;粉体物料的过滤、筛分、输送、搅拌和干燥、高速输送;液体物料的过滤、高速输送、喷射和冲刷;气体和蒸气的高速喷射等工艺过程都能产生强烈静电。工艺过程中所产生静电的电压可达数万至数十万伏。由于静电放电火花、静电力、静电场场强的作用,工艺过程中的静电可能引起爆炸和火灾,可能给人以电击,还可能妨碍生产和降低产品质量。
