| 烙法 cauterization 通过金属器械或电烙器械，烙烫病变局部组织，以治疗疾病的方法。有单纯烙烫患处，也有用手术器械先行割除赘生物等，再行烙烫。主要适用于外科及皮肤疾病，如体表较小的赘疣、息肉，尖锐湿疣，肛管直肠息肉等病变。操作宜谨慎，尽可能避开患者视线，以免引起紧张，甚而发生晕厥。常与割法配合使用，患者若伴有全身症状时，应先控制症状后，方可使用烙法。恶性炎症及急性炎症禁用烙法。 |
